Tiffany Hall reached her 40th birthday this year.
And the fitness guru has changed the way she approaches her workouts as her body changes.
Mother-of-two Nan tells Honey that she’s learned to alternate between hard sessions and gentle routines.
Your body is constantly changing. So what I’ve learned from women is that we have incredible flexibility but that we need to listen to our bodies and, you know, train specifically for women. [that takes into account these fluctuations]she said
Swapping ‘high-intensity training’ for a day of yoga or pilates – or simply scheduling a ‘rest day’ – works wonders, says Tiffany.
A big part of moving forward in your changing body is ‘not comparing yourself to other people,’ she says.
“A mindset of acceptance and self-compassion is really important,” explains the fitness expert.
She said, “Women’s bodies change so quickly and go through so many phases, you know, from being really fit in their 20s to thinking about pregnancy (if they choose), then pregnancy, then Postpartum, then perimenopause, then menopause,” she said.

“We’re constantly changing with our hormones,” she added, adding that it’s not the same for men.
This comes after the TV star shared the raw truth of being a mother of two.
Tiffany showed off her ‘mum bod’ in a post on Instagram, encouraging women to be proud of their changing shape after giving birth.
She posed in a crop top and fitted bike shorts, with her mum Tom on display as she beamed for the cameras.
‘Love your mother. There were so many shots I loved from this shoot, I felt so strong and empowered on the day,” she wrote.

“But like all mothers, depending on how I stand, how I tighten my muscles, or how high I wear pants, my stomach and soft skin can be very different.”
She continued: ‘I don’t want to keep it a secret. It took me a long time to get into that mindset today.
“And sure, I still have my moments, but I can honestly say that I love my soft skin as a constant reminder and celebration of my beautiful children, where for a short while my stomach was their home. “
“For any moms struggling in their journey to ‘move on,’ remember that self-love and acceptance doesn’t happen overnight,” Tiff concluded.
‘It comes and goes, and we often have to work hard at it. Nourish and nourish your body every chance you get, be patient, surround yourself with positivity, and above all, be kind to yourself. #lovetheloosekinyourein #mumbod’.

Her approach to wellness has always been holistic, and this time it was no different.
Tiff explained that her achievement was not by fad diets or strict scale monitoring, but by celebrating non-scale victories.
“Running my first mile, hanging out with my kids at the park, learning to squat again after my knee procedure, fitting into an old pair of jeans,” Tiffany explained.
She also encouraged the importance of enjoying every step towards a healthier self.
‘Thank you for all your lovely messages of encouragement and support throughout the year. It really kept me going,” she wrote, acknowledging the power of group support on personal journeys.
Tiffany shares daughter Vada and six-year-old son Arnold with her comedian husband Ed Cavalli.
